Probably waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to late on my end, but I do like the idea of a rewrite. I've been binging your Sonic/Mario stories after finding the recomendation for Super Mario Colors on TvTropes, and it's easy to see how much your writing style has improved over the years.

I've always loved the idea of Sonic and Tails being basically brothers.

Amazing. This story has been impressive. The plot, characters, theories, worlds ... I loved it.

This was the Fanfiction story I have read since "Runaway Manic"! Well,Live Long And Prosper!

Eggman's breakdown was intense. Like, swallow-an-entire-bottle-of-chill-pills-and-calm-down intense. Made me laugh, honestly, because everything he said was so true :D

Anyways, I'm content with the ending. It was kind of abrupt, and I felt sorry for Shadow, and I'm still not quite sure how Eggman got to where he is now, and I'm pleased we have a somewhat-coherent explanation for the Mario-verse... and lots of other things!
So yeah. Good job on this story! :)

This is actually an intriguing story so far. It started simple enough, but the time-travelling thing has changed everything.

To my understanding, Eggman used Knuckles and Shadow of the old universe to mess with time, only to somehow create his biggest nemesis. With Metal millennia back, Amy 200 years forward and the rest 50 years back, the plot is thickening. Or, as of the last chapter, disintegrating.

Also, Tails is a walking mystery. You are even bolder than me, to have him survive contact with lava, even off-screen. I like your characterization and I’d love to know your interpretation of ‘Tails’ Adventure’.

I confess I was a bit weirded out by Espio’s antics at first. He’s usually the straight man of the Chaotix, but he actually works fairly well as comic relief.

Shadow seems to be doomed to always lose Maria. I’m amazed he hasn’t tried time travel to buy a death cheat for her in the games. I’m curious what you’ll do with him now.

All in all, a good read. Just be careful not to lose track of the timefoolery. I’m certainly keeping an eye on this one.

I think it is safe to say that as of this chapter, shit has officially hit the fan.
All this time travelling business is making my head spin. Who time travelled? When? What, exactly, are the implications? And what is up with Tails?
I need to read this over to make sense of it all. Good excuse, eh?

Ooh, snap! Things are gettin' REAL!

Your writin' is amazing! Not many people can tell a story at such a smooth, but quick, pace so well. That's real talent right there, partner.

And I love how you present the characters. Especially Tails. I love how he has that slightly care-free and innocent nature, while still being a force of Nature in combat. Its truly adorable, and somewhat frightening, in a way. Really, thing about it; your Sonic, about to face-off against your greatest enemy with a 4-year-old fox pup, and he's bouncing on his feet with a mile-wide smile. I would be concerned, for the little fox at the least.

And the fact that he can heal faster then normal, fly, and pull objects out of nowhere? Waggin'!

Anyhow, I'm thrilled Knuckles is here, and knows who the good buys are! AND he can pull random objects (such as themonatures (I can't spell to save my life)) out of nowhere? Amazing!

And now to Sonic... I can, honestly, say only one thing: mundo cool! That's what he says, right? I don't know, its been a while. But I love how he's already so protective of Tails. I always found their friendship/brotherhood truly adorable.

Well not really bad but its like 1000 other stories.
It is always the same:

Tails is hated by all,
they calls him freak
Sonic takes him into his house ...I dont want to hurt you... like his 2 tails ... calls him Tails... his new "brother" ... and so on.

It's not bad but also not really creative sorry.
I really not like this Sonic / Tails brother nonsense, but I remain fair for this chapter.

But I read the rest.

Amazingly done, as usual. I've been following this story for a while now, and it is easily one of the best Sonic fanfics I've read in a long time. I can tell how much thought you've put into the plot, and to me, that is one of the main things that separates a good story from a crappy one. You're a wonderful writer and your updates are always worth the wait. Keep up the good work. ;)

i love this story i waight for your stories to come and i dont mind because it seems like when people put out chapters on a daily basis thye are shor and not worth reading cause the are usealy bad and i love the happniss when someone updates and yes revisit the ide i love it when some n focusis on tails and luige they are my favriot charicter and yes that storie was to random even for me and i love random loved the idea of wario but not warluige as much but yes revisit it
