Yeah, that'a rough. Your chapters are like mine, apparently, at least towards the beginning of fics. I tend to treat my "average chapter length" as a goal for a minimum, which means said average keeps climbing whenever it's met.

That was great. I liked both of those fics you mentioned. Asleep was the one that eventually got abandoned, right? The one that I just fell so far behind on was Cycle. That was good, too.

Oh good this isn't a real chapter. I realized I forgot something last chapter.

Namely, doing multiple versions of the same chapter. As long as you're writing them simultaneously, it's really not too bad. I essentially did the same chapter(s) three times-two different versions of Chapter 18 of The Scarlet Devil, plus the exact same events were Chapters 9-10 of The Adventures of Team 9 Catering. It was fun.
