The last time I read this was maybe a year ago? Or something? Not sure if I left a review or not...

But this is so good~ I know this is only chapter 2, but unless you hear from me again on one of the other chapters, this is by far my favourite out of the whole bunch~ love it!

Holy shit. I love this. I absolutely adore this little story book. This one if by far my favorite. One because one of Tsuna's bullies finally got what was coming to him. Two, because it was so beautifully written. The concept it covers is great! Mafias are inherently evil. No denying that. KHR made it fun though, so to blend those ideas together but to leave it with a more uplifting ending is...WOW amazing? I feel like I've been saying that too much.
What can I say? You created something beautiful here and I'm eager for more.

I really love your take in adding OCs in your story and their roles in it. It's unobtrusive (some of them) but also gives light to what might Tsuna's life be in the distant future. Thank you for this wonderful fic and I wish that you'll update more.

Gods this story is SO GOOD. If I tried to type out everything I loved if he typing for hours, so I’ll just hit the high points.

The characterization and character growth. Gods you did that so well. To see the baseline and then how everyone (especially the classmates!) matured and grew and had their world views flipped and how they reacted to that was just- FANTASTIC! I enjoyed every single word!

The darker themes. That’s realistic and darker touch really added depth that the canon didn’t touch on much and for that I applaud you. It really added to the stories and I think you balanced it well with the more lighthearted feel of the khr canon. It really sold the point you were going for- that everyone has grown up (though in different increments depending on the chapter) and things have changed and become more real and tangible. Though it hurt my heart to read how conflicted Tsuna was in this chapter seven, it was realistic and really drove home what you were going for, I think. Great job on this too.

I can’t wait to see the next situations you come up with, even if it takes a long while! Don’t worry about the wait if you are; even if it takes another year I’d be happy to reread this if I need to in order to fully enjoy any future chapters. I’ve done it with others and I’ll definitely do it with this one!

That was an interesting chapter. I rarely read strories about the darkest side of the Mafia and how the 10th Generation deal with it. Not without going total AU. Please keep this up!

I really liked this chapter, because I feel you made a concious decision to recognize the bad parts of the work, and the fact that some people are, sadly enough, irredeemable. Because of that I really like Nara's characterization. Quick question, is he a sociopath?

I empathize with your attempt to recognize the good and the bad as well, as that is also something I struggle with. Although, I have to admit, you've got it way harder since I'm still working with their kid selves. Good job, and good luck!
