I saw someone said their running speed before shattering their knee was somehow 19mph at 10 years old. There's no way you can do that. World's fastest mile is about 3:43. 19 miles/60 min 3.1 minutes per mile or about 3 minutes and 6 seconds. There's no way a kid under 10 years old could be doing that, unless their on some super steroids or maybe doing a short sprint at the required pace to hit a 3 minute 6 second mile.

I understand a busted knee. I busted mine when I was ten, it healed luckily, but my running speed went from 19 mph (one of the fastest in USA) but now only can run at 16 mph at a short time. Hope you are doing well, and keep up the good work!
