I think this makes a good start and I hope other stories come after it. I like the theme of Harry finding his Guardians and gaining a family in the process. That said, there are a few things that need work. Overall spelling and grammar could use some cleaning up, and the pacing and plot need tightening.

This story is confusing. so many plotholes like Moody being Harry's uncle.. this dimension timeline is butchered up. It would have been fine if there was explanation about the inconsistencies but no, there was not. The ending is good but its more like a drabble you intended to make as an ending without covering your bases because you had less time.
This story is good, the story flow is okayish, but the plothole is unnerving it grates on my nerves. I was expecting that the story line would go back to its previous better quality below chapter 23 but even when I reached till this chapter, the quality nver came back. I was disappointed by this story and I rarely get disappointed on stories I read completely. I shouldn't have finished reading this if I know this would be disappointing. and of course I was a fool on thinking for reading it all even when I noticed those unlikeable thing in this story.
I am not going to login as myself, who knows what would happen to me if I did after this 'frank' review.
