Yeah that's my opinion on the Amazon's too, never give them anything, they are a toxic civilization, and it's a betrayal to all decent people to strengthen them, run away if you get involved with them or kill them, because they will never stop, they will accept no laws but their own, and their laws are utterly unfair things, that basically say outsiders should lie down, and let them walk all over them.

Which is not to say all Amazon's are evil, but the society itself is, so the only way marrying Shampoo could be a good idea for Ranma, is if she agreed to leave the Tribe, otherwise Ranma is just giving the tyrannical village, a boost to their genetic program.

Some of these are really interesting and such a shame some of them are discontinued...

I prefer to understand Sailor Moon by the fact that they were an EMPIRE that spanned the entire solar system. WOAH. Thats heavy scifi and magic both. Thats big guns. And as many people have pointed out, the meddling that Setsuna gets up to is creepy as fuck, as is the state of peoples minds in the empire. Plenty of mind control and lack of agency tossed around everywhere. And all it took was one bad enough egg to destroy it all? Its wild stuff.

Later on in this universe, there will come a time when Naruto explains something in a long rambling way that does eventually circle back to "and that's why ramen is the greatest food in the universe.", and Ranma will smile, nod and thank her for having explained things so clearly. He will be genuinely sincere and honest about this.

I ran out of breath from laughing so hard multiple times as I read it. I love this story. The chaos of Nerima just fits in perfectly with One Piece and making the Nerima Wrecking Crew Marines was a beautiful piece of irony. I especially loved the part about them mutinying about 15 times a week and the examples of how Genma and Soun acted, especially with how they tried to get rid of Happosai.
I kind of want this to become a story but I think it would lose most of its charm if it did. It is a beautiful piece for a one-shot.

It is a unique way to go. The interactions make more sense to me than what usually happens in stories.
