You handle the second person POV so well.

Gosh, this made me feel for Tony. Not that I don't normally... but. The bit at the end really got to me, particularly the sentence beginning with "On days where you haven't [slept] for nearly a week" (although there is a typo in it). Also "and you deny deny deny like your little heart depends on it, and maybe it does." Keep writing.
