Please write more of this! This was soo deep and meaningful. It had such a realistic conflict, and the fact that you wrote about Adam instead of Chase is simply awesome on its own!

That sticks and stones things is a big fat lie! I should know. I was verbally bullied at my old church by a bunch of kids who used to be my friends.
Anyway, if I had read this before I moved churches, I may have been able to deal with those kids and get the courage to tell my parents.
Maybe I have more in common with Adam then I thought.

Well, I am so dang glad that everybody stood up to Joey; personally, I would've liked to see him get more of an endgame - fish in the locker? Perhaps you could do a drabble for an "epilogue" on what happened if Chase did that . . . *grins evilly* I love how the siblings reunited as well; I honestly dislike people like Walls!Adam who don't ask for help because they think they can handle it themselves - I don't know why. I just do.
