Please get your facts right : a portkey can only transport a person in space, a time-turner is what transports them back to the past, and when I last checked, Professor McGonagall could do neither. Your rather Mary Sue-ish OC is clearly "one of those awkward, weird little girls" who is going to grow up into a suave and stunning princess who eventually wins the heart of Harry or Draco Malfoy. I would suggest you kept away from such stereotypes, and attempted to write something with more consistent language and an original, logical, plot.

Oh dear, is this another one of those Mary Sue-type stories where the heroine hogs the spotlight and receives adoration from the cast? You might as well scrap it if that's the case.
