Wow! Wow, wow, wow. A very interesting story that I wish will be continued. Merlin & Morgana, Arthur & Gwen, the amazing couples. Then, there's Emrys. It's nice to know that Merlin will become very, very powerful. And his love for Morgana is so sweet and strong.
I know it's been 3 years, but I'm hoping very strongly that you'll return to this story. It's a nice plot with lots of potential.

oh no. things aren't looking good. hopefully future merlin will intervene or something.
and hopefully present Merlin will win Arthur over. Arthur seems more upset that Merlin didn't trust him enough to confide in him than over the whole having magic bit because as Merlin pointed out, Arthur had helped people with magic before. Arthur seems to be more hurt than angry so maybe merlin apologizing and telling Arthur all the things he has done to save and help him will get him to understand.

Oh dear. Merlin is away and Morgana has taken a turn towards "evil". Sigh. Like the fact Morgause has lost her magic - couldn't happen to a nicer sorceress! Uther is still listening to a dead man (and is a fool), but at least he is out of the way in the dungeons.
