Not. Good.
The idea was interesting, though (had similar thoughts about Coil's strategy while reading canon). What killed the fic for me was loads of canon mistakes such as trigger events are not common knowledge in canon, Miss Militia can't duplicate tinker weapons, etc., etc., etc. Tactics are also often bad or completely off, e.g., Coil wouldn't confront Armsmaster head-on (and hostage-taking is NOT what you use against speedsters! Or Miss Militia...) - he'd just use some flying drones with cameras and presented Protectorate with a PR disaster. Probably not as Coil, but as a concerned citizen. And for the graffiti prank the best answer would probably be to ignore it completely - Sophia is out of the school so the administration has few reason to continue covering her up. They'd just need to press on possible culprits - and as there were a lot, somebody WILL spill guts. (And in this scene - Principal's gender is also wrong . :) ) And so on and so forth.
Taylor's voice feels slightly off, too. And Michaela is just boring. :(
The scene with Circus in the last chapter was good, however - but not so much as to make reading all previous chapters worth it. :((

Just a note, Uber is the muscular & Leets scrawny.

This is awesome.

Suspension of disbelief broken in this chapter.
I had to pretend that this group has been working together for a while to believe the teamwork/trusting each other.

It kind of feels like they're playing D&D and roleplaying their characters except the players all know each other and are skipping that part.

Interesting, and most of the interaction is believable.. except the unauthorized outing and names.
No one except Kevlar even seems to react to it.
