Your chapter today really tied together some loose ends from the previous fic (such as how Fiona managed to be a half-elf and Jack-Esther make-up) plus you have given us a little more juice and details that I think really tied in well with this chapter and characters (the screaming goat ringtone and how Haldir wanted to Chuck it into Mordor itself actually being possibly one of my most favorite parts lol).

While I adored the original (still do), the nuances and character quirks add a lot to everyone.
Think Jack is coming around but don't think he is going to go easily to making things right with Ester.
Like the board game scene as i would assume these types of entertainment would be something the elves/middle-earthers related to. But I can see it getting cutthroat.
