This is a really cool story! I like ryuko as a journalist and satsuki as the abused model, it's a really interesting dynamic. Please continue it! 3

I like how Ryuko is immediately aware of how much she fucked up. No figuring it out later, or being surprised by something she really should have known, or trying to justify it-she just realizes how shit she was being.

Also, I can't decide if that thing about the hair-scarf was creepy or sweet.

Congratulations on being able to write Nui as such a creep.

Anyways, Satsuki and Ryuko are at a huge disadvantage here. They don't have kamui, neither of them have the combat experience they had in canon despite being older (at most Ryuko has her thug background, but that doesn't substitute for what Honnouji would have given her), and even if Ryuko were to activate her Life Fiber hybrid powers now, she isn't a match for Nui.

(also, how did Mako survive Nui for the time it took for them to arrive at the house?)

I do have a bit of a complaint-the supernatural is clearly happening, but Ryuko hasn't shown any real sign of surprise at all. She even managed to reduce the scissor blade to being only a pair of scissors, but we haven't heard anything about how strange that is from her.

I feel like Nui is a touch out of character, though. Her malevolence in this story feels more _intentional_ than in the anime. There was this feeling of innocent (if horrifically vile) evil in her there that's lacking in this story.

You know, the other day I thought “damn, I miss this ship, there isn’t enough fics and the greatest ones are either not updated anymore or finished”. I was like “oh Fashionista was one of the best, too bad there is no new chapter anymore”. And then I receive this notification telling me there is indeed a new chapter and I couldn’t be happier.
