Amazing story btw!

Mastermind Rational Naegi... Seems like a mix of Junko, Nagito, and Naegi from canon. In this scenario, Ikusaba and Junko are Naegi's subordinates (I assume). All the bonding Naegi has done with the others, helping them solve the cases: just an act. Very interesting for a oneshot. Well done.

Interesting take on the Mastermind!AU. I like it :D
But I feel some points in the story are a bit rushed and could be more developed. Overall, you caught the idea of a different mastermind very well, which some can't really catch on to.

I want this to be a whole story, I want see Makoto's path of darkness as he watches everyone die around him. Light and Lelouch got nothing on this.
