Did naruto keep the scroll of seals and technically he's not a missing ninja because he's failed and its down right not in the villages best interests to broadcast a failure academy student killed two of they're chunin had a opportunity to kill the kage and stole every village secret naruto would be hunted but there's no bunty out for him I wonder what the hokage is thinking about what he just saw.

the only thing that makes me scratch my head is that how did the jiongu find its way into the konoha forbidden scroll when it is a hidden taki forbidden jutsu if you update maybe at some point explain that some how.

Interesting start, but it feels like Iruka is a bit eager for death. I mean you do write earlier that the shuriken didn't hit anything vital, so how can he be dying there if in canon he was fine? It might work better if you change that to the shuriken hitting a vital point like , I dunno, his liver or maybe it severs hit spine and Iruka doesn't want to live the rest of his life as a cripple. I think those would make more sense. I look forward to the next chapter.
