I LOVE this. For so many reasons, one being that this is probably the best Percy Returns Home fic I've read. I feel like Paul is such an underappreciated character considering he literally was a totally normal guy who embraced Percy and his world with open arms and never really seemed to have a problem with it at all. He did it out of love for Sally and for Percy, and I think he really deserves a little more recognition for that. I love how Paul refers to Percy as his son, because there is so much more to family then blood.I loved Sally's reaction, and Percy's, and just the whole thing, really. Great, great work!

Oh my goodness, I've always wanted to read a fic like this and I found it! It's beautiful, so so so beautiful! And Paul would absolutely have missed Percy. This gave me the feels. Such a great story.

Okay, even I got emotional over this one. This would have been the perfect reunion scene for Riordan's book in my opinion. I really kind of wanted one too...Percy deserves every happiness and Sally is the strongest and most amazing mother a person could have.

This is beautiful. I feel like everyone focuses on Percy's relationship with Sally and not enough on his relationship with Paul, even though Paul is the first father figure he's ever had who cared about him in return. It's great to see a fic that focuses on Paul. And your writing is great, too.
