uhm so... most of the characters are OOC and the plot requires some strong supsension of disbelief; Kurt immediatly tells people that he is from another universe, and they believe him just like that. He starts backstory and science stuff to explain certain things, again they just believe him. He enters Fairy Tail guild with Natsu telling them he is friendly, everyone runs away scared while Gray and Elfman just want to kill him without listening to him, even though Natsu is telling them he is not an enemy.
I liked the premise of the story; the execution?... not so much.
