Okay seriously you are having a seventeen year old Mike behave like a toddler ... even through a enchanment to age him since he was fourteen years old ... he wouldn't behave like a toddler at age seventeen. You should have just said that he was say ten ... that his grammy's enchanment made him hit all his growth spourts so he looked like a fully grown adult. That way when the enchament broke ... Mike would go back to being a ten year old boy ... and it wouldn't be such a reach with the way he's behaving.

I mean unless Mike was mentally retarded he wouldn't be sucking his thumb as a seventeen year old teenager ... and he wouldn't be bursting into tears every single time someone honesty shows honest caring emotions towards him.

I like the concept ... and I love the flow of the story ... I just can't get past that you have Mike at age seventeen and having behavior that a mere two year old toddler would be having. It simply doesn't fit Mike's character is all.
