This has enough plot in it that you could extend the story. I'm mostly interested in what happens to Sasuke next. Does he go back to being an assassin? Does he build a new life and a new identity for himself somewhere else? And of course, does he find a way to go back to Naruto? And how would he explain himself if he did?

The writing of the fic was pretty good. There were some grammar mistakes, but nothing too distracting. You did, however, lapse into purple prose a number of times ("moist obsidian optics") so be careful about that. Typically when writing descriptions, simpler ("Sasuke's eyes") is much more effective (and sounds a lot better to the reader) than trying to get flowery about it.
