I like the story, but you have some strange spelling errors. I just want to mention a couple of them specifically.
"Surtantly" is spelled "certainly"
"Bagabon" is spelled "Vagabond"

I wanted to point them out because I saw them spelled that way repeatedly, leading me to believe it wasn't a typo.

Ok, so it looks like Korra likes to do things on her own. Sounds like someone else we know right? I'll give you a hint; he has blond hair and wants to be hokage...
Anyways, screwing up just like in canon we can only hope that Korra has learned something from all this. To be honest, it's slightly disturbing how close to canon this story is even with Naruto in the mix. Right now, i'd say Naruto is the narutoverse version of Shino. Speaking only when necessary, and otherwise staying in the shadows.
Is it just me or did the substitusion jutsu stop working lately? Naruto has now been trapped in rocks as well as ice with seemingly no form of escape. It looks like the only thing Naruto becomes better at are the few stances that airbending provides... Not that it will help him if he can't bend.
Anyways... Keep up the good work :)

Anyways... Naruto is pretty much a side character at this point, going so far as to being forgotten about completely. Doesn't matter too much though, as i'm sure Naruto will shine soon enough :)
More canon, and the people get a glimps of Amon. What's with bad guys and masks anyways? I mean, Naruto has Obito, Korra has Amon and Batman has Bane... The mask thing is getting pretty used by now.
Well, guess you'll just have to keep up the good work (Now i'm the one repeating myself, but i know you love it :p)

Anyways... Alot like Canon again, but now with extra Naruto and Jiraiya :) A sealing scroll that can transport you to a different world sounds nice enough, so long as said world has an atmosphere, breathable air and a livable temperature...
Korra still can't bend air any better than Naruto, but atleast she has the flow in, so that's nice. Having a few more friends doesn't hurt either i guess... So long as those people keep out of trouble. (What's the chance of that happening, right. Right?)
Keep up the good work, and don't let Jiraiya perv too much :p

Ok, so not much to say about this chapter, except it's following canon to a t... Seriously though... If it wasn't for the need to introduce Lin, then i'd say it would be unnecessary to have Korra go to jail.
At least we now know what level Naruto is on... Although he should have figured out the clone trick by now seing as he had to actually split up and let the clone do a separate job. Perhaps he'll get the "aha" moment next chapter... Although i'm not sure how Naruto found out that he is a wind type. Wasn't that checked some time after Naruto returned from the training trip?

This story looks pretty good so far.
It's a bit confusing as to how Naruto appeared in the bending nations as well as what Naruto can do here. I mean, Naruto appears while on the training trip with Jiraiya, so depending on if you follow canon or not Naruto might be only halfway retarded. (Not knowing about the clone trick etc...)
Anyways... For Korra, it appears to be before Tenzin appears, which allows Naruto an in without having much distrust placed on him.
Not sure what will happen with Jiraiya though... Did the scroll teleport Naruto away or something? Perhaps we'll know later...
It should be fun to see where you will go with this, so keep up the good work :)

I have to say you did a good job with the fluff here seeing as you didn't know if you would be good at it or not. It didn't feel forced or rushed but like real progression of feelings and their actions were genuine. I do wonder what will happen now that the two of them are together and if things will play out any differently.
