Reviews for Kingsfoil
Guest chapter 6 . 7/21
Huhh I feel like Thranduil has been too affable until this argument, where his temper finally flared up since he always came across and cold and arrogant in the books/film...but then again, he wasn’t usually dealing with his own people, so idk. I like Narylfiel thus far; she’s actually really brave? I mean, she admitted her feelings of jealousy directly to Thranduil after only a bit of prodding (and months of sulking on long border patrols lol), although she does still seem to have a lot of growing up to do. Her rash actions (arguing with her king’s decision, no matter how close they are, and then disobeying him and running off on her own) definitely demonstrate this, but hopefully her journey will help her mature a bit. I think the things she says to him are harsh but necessary, because no one else is gonna tell him off and he definitely needs someone to keep his temper in check.

Yes please I would love to read the last secret scene.

Thank you for this wonderful story.

Next i’m off to begin again with Building Ithilien. Can’t wait!

I hope you are safe and well in these troubled times and never stop writing. Best of luck!

Mimi Lind chapter 65 . 6/1
This was sweet. I can imagine what it would feel like to find someone you think of as a sister in your father’s arms. Would take a while to get used to, I dare say.
Mimi Lind chapter 62 . 6/1
Why do bad guys always have to explain their evil plan before they execute it? And lose all that time, tsk tsk.
Mimi Lind chapter 55 . 6/1
I know I wrote earlier how your stories are fast pace and don’t drag, that was something I loved very much in Wanderlust.
This now has begun to become a teeny bit slow unfortunately (imho) but since your language is so beautiful, and the dialogue so well written it does not matter much. I certainly will keep reading, but it’s easier to put it down nowwhile I was hooked to it like glue in the beginning, staying up reading well past midnight every night haha. And we are all different, probably others love that the story doesn’t end too fast.
Mr Tolkien himself, for one, did love his drawn out endings. :D
Mimi Lind chapter 53 . 6/1
Why, he certainly lasts long. Perhaps an elvish thing then, I doubt it they had discovered viagra.I need to find myself an elf in a hurry, I think...
Mimi Lind chapter 52 . 6/1
He should have cut his other hand too and let him live... a warrior with no hands. *grim smile*
Mimi Lind chapter 50 . 6/1
I certainly going to re-read Building Ithilien when I finish this. But prefer here on FF. That was one of the first fanfictions I ever read btw, and I have forgotten it rather.
Looking forward to reading it again.

I want to read everything you have written including secret scenes but i saw they are last in the book so i shall patiently save them for later. Like a tasty dessert after a 3-course meal. The 3 courses being your 3 story archs.
