Hmm I'd say do it based off the day of conception and have it be a normal pregnancy term well depending on how it'll be born like if its by c-section I'd say make it a week early birth that's just my thought but your the author also I think maybe fraternal twins where it can be 1 boy and 1 girl cuz I always think naruto as wanting a girl and sasuke wanting a boy just my opinion but like I said before its your choice and I can't wait to see the next chapter
