I read the entire thing in one sitting and there are tears streaming down my face I am sobbing so freaking hard that my tv is blurry to me

Oh my gosh, I'm crying. There are actual tears on my face right now. I guess in the back of my head I kinda knew this was coming, I figured out what the red was, but actually reading it and being a girl of Holly's age myself, I'm kinda getting perspective on mortality which is really the point of that, so I have to say good job, really good job, beautifully written.

That was just so beautiful.

I like how Dean struggled with it after he woke up. If he'd accepted everything right away, he wouldn't be Dean! This was a really clever story. I enjoyed it!

I really like Holly's logic, that Dean needed to know what was coming in order to accept it and move on. She's right, he would totally try to bring her back, and maybe if he'd been able to move on from Sam any of the times Sam died they wouldn't have had all the issues they have. Well thought out!

I was waiting for this! I knew who Holly was really early on, but you did a great job of supplying little hints and details without giving away too much information. Well done!

I love the progression here, how we see Sam moving on without any distance growing between the brothers. The Christmas bit was a nice touch. The windows into family moments like this are my favorites, I think!

I appreciated the dynamic with Castiel here. We haven't seen as much of him interacting with the kids, and I liked how you drew attention to the fact that he would want them to take after him, and how his daughter felt after realizing she didn't live up to that expectation. A very interesting added perspective!

I love Dean's relationship with his daughter. Her personality is perfect considering who supplied her genetic make up, and the dynamics between her and Dean are spot on. I especially loved the scene with Sam admitting why he was afraid to connect with Gabriel, because it absolutely follows Sam's logic. Great job!

I love Sabriel! Gabriel being over the top and embarrassing Sam is always entertaining. I also appreciated the realism of the parent-teacher conference. It's extremely common to run into that kind of thing, although some people are more subtle about it. I liked how Castiel handled it without saying something bizarre about being an angel to freak the teacher out, haha.
