I have really been enjoying your story. I know how much work goes into something like this, and wanted to let you know that I appreciate what you have done.

You have managed to make me feel like I am a part of the story, sitting on Bilbo’s shoulder, pricey to innermost thoughts and emotions. I await the day when another chapter is given.

Have you listened to/read the lyrics for I See Fire by Ed Sheehan? I heard it this morning and wondered if itmay have provided some inspiration for the story...

I was so happy to see another update for this story! But I must admit the closer we get to the part where Thorin falls completely to the gold madness the more nervous I get! I wonder if Bilbo will pull him out of it by revealing who he is to Thorin, and if that would work. Though does Thorin already have some clue? It seems like he is being, I don't know if flirty is the right word but something along those lines and considering the whole soulmate thing I don't think he would do that unless he has some idea? I'm so curious how this will play out, I'm so excited to read more.

Yay! -does super happy dance- I was so excited to see another update on one of my very favorite Hobbit stories. It was a great excuse to reread again :D I’m so glad they finally got to the entrance. I’m waiting on tenterhooks to see how everything turns out and hoping him and Thorin can resolve their issues. Thank you so much for the update. :)

I am so glad you were able to update this story. I love your little flash backs from Bilbo's previous life, it shows how much Thorun has lost and helps explain their relationship.

Fili and Kili weren't born until decades after Smaug attacked Erebor. The quest takes place 171 years after Erebor was lost. Fili is 82 and Kili is 77 years old during the quest. Your timeline is completely messed up. I also deeply dislike that you have everything playing out the exact same way despite Bilbo being an entirely different person. Any sort of change in Bilbo would have a huge ripple effect. He wouldn't say or do anything the same as in canon, and it's extremely boring to read. What's the point of making Bilbo different and not changing anything?
