I like this, and I agree, at least on Lestrade's part, that there is a deep friendship between the 2 (maybe one sided on Lestrade's part), I mean, the only one who didn't seem upset but truly happy to see Sherlock when he first saw was Lestrade, he said nothing at all and hugged Sherlock, I think that said it all.
