Julie is a curious character that seems to have come out of nowhere! I like her a great deal however, with her adult understanding it seems she might have a story of her own to tell? Since Rachel's past with Quinn & Santana hasn't been covered in detail, it's hard seeing where Quinn is a bully simply because Rachel says so. The outbursts between them seem to be able to blame equally between the both of them. After all, Shelby has continually noted how headstrong and willful Rachel was even as a baby.
