The problem with Naruto being too weak is simple. Post war Naruto without other training is powerful enough to level continents with ease. Making him have trouble fighting against a clone of a Yonko wannabe is so insulting even if Naruto didn't use Kurama. Are you forgetting the fact that Naruto with only shadow clones, rasengan, rasenshuriken and summoning jutsu singlehandedly defeated all but Deva path of Pein?
