It's really too bad you haven't updated in 3 years, I so badly wanted to see where this story led. It was so captivating and I love the way you portray Shirin. (For once, someone not drooling over him and seeing both the good and bad).

I keep coming back to this and rereading it over and over again. Shirin/Leia makes me laugh so hard. I hope that you come back to this again some day. I absolutely love this story.

Okay, first things first. This story? It is awesome. It just, it’s so deep I feel I could drown. The part about people fighting war wanting peace? People fighting for something wanting that something to be safe? It’s so right! Seriously! And even then, it wasn’t there when I fell in love with this story. It was here.

So. Many. Frigging. Times. I have seen people resenting children, little kids, INNOCENT sons and daughters so many times, it isn’t even funny. (Frigging Hera) It’s just... it hurts me so much seeing grown ass men and women blaming little kids because their feeligs got hurt. (Dang it, Snape)

I get feeling betrayed, specially at your husband (which btw, it seems like he was willing to just kill the baby) and your best friend (because, hey, that’s your BF snogging your husband right there). Heck, I can’t even imagine how Yui would have felt! But doing that to a harmless child... Even if you helped her at the end (I’m looking at you, Snape)... that’s why I’m so happy that’s Yui got the message. At the end, she did start to treat her better. And it’s understandable resenting having a living reminder of your husband’s infidelity (while said husband is suspiciously absent). But at least her treatment was fair. I mean, maybe she didn’t exactly shower her in love, but love, true, genuine love is difficult to fake.

So yeah. Love your story!

Does she not know about Solomon, or has she just not make the connection? It almost sounds like she has a secret babysitter sometimes.

If Sinbad has a destiny set in stone, but Shirin is a wildcard, then can Shirin change Sinbad’s future? I’m still really torn up over the end of the manga, so if Shirin manages to keep him from destroying the world I’ll cry out of happiness. I still think the Magi world advanced wayyy too fast.

I love the relationship of equals between Sin and Shirin, I am waiting more from the side of Judal and her.
