For the Bishop, I only really think either a bloodline jutsu user would be useful for that, possibly Haku, for her Demonic Ice Mirrors. The rook worth two pieces? Rock Lee, no contest. He is shown to be the physically strongest ninja in his generation, all because of determination and hard work, tempered by a complete inability to use magic. The three pawns...Shikamaru would be good, as a strategist, Kankuro would be good for a mid-range fighter with his puppet jutsu, and maybe one of the Kendo club in DxD would be good if he goes to Kuoh Academy at one point.
As for the Romance, perhaps Koneko or Kuroka- Koneko, from helping her get closure from the 'Betrayal' of her older sister, and Kuroka, due to him somehow finding out what she did for her sister and vowing to help her clear her name. The romances could progress from there.

Yet another story that is fantastic, yet hasn't been updated in a while. There is so much potential in your work I do hope I get to see what happens next. Take care until then!

Huh so you cut right to the chase. Although it's nice that you skipped a large portion of the exposition that everybody knows will happen I still wanted to see more of their childhood : (. But oh well now that twins are going to the human world I look forward to see their interaction with Rias and her peerage especially Issei. Considering the fact that they're two male nobles I bet Issei thinks that they are trying to snatch Rias from him.

I don't know if your still looking for peerage members but I would suggest Heracles. for the rook cause he has both super strength and a sacred gear or if you don't think he's strong enough for the three pawns. The main reason I want him though is cause his sacred gear reminds me of ZongHeng TianXia's soul gear from Feng Shen Ji.
