Lovely. I love the interaction with Rory and River and your explanation for why they didn't get along as Mels and Rory. It works really nicely in the context of the show - makes sense of one thing that bugs me, which is how badly they treat Rory when they are young.

This was beautifully written. I agree that they needed closure, and this was a nice way of doing so.
