I feel like we're not going to get the sasusaku hug in the manga, (though I have seen a few edits on tumblr lol) but only because Kishimoto has been building up to the final fight between Naruto and Sasuke so much. It would feel...weird and unfinished if they didn't have one final fight against each other.

On the other hand, I'd be totally fine if something like this happened! xD

I only wish that Sasuke could be so easily Talk no Jutsu - ed :-)
If he stays crazy after his fight with Naruto I'll kill him myself. He is way too extreme for my liking but I wish he can change in the end and we have our happy ending - and they work together to change entire system and bring forth non violent Revolution.

I wish this could happen in the Manga but sasuke...he's too far gone. No logic can go inside that thick headed skull of his, unfortunately not even sakura. He needs to get his ass beat by Naruto

Unfortunately this is what rational people do and these characters are anything but rational. Kishimoto has to give the readers what they want, no matter if it makes sense or not.
