I reread this story and I find it again even better than before. It is so funny when both Aragorn and Elrond tried to blame each other who is guilty of choosing Legolas for taking part in the quest. The scene when Thranduil welcomes Legolas is stunning! Are you still considering writing a sequel? Stay safe!

“A crown of entwined breeches” on Thranduil’s hair? I doubt it. Unless he was wearing a crown made out of trousers! Breeches means pants or trousers.

Awww. But wait doesn’t Gimli call Legolas “pointy eared princling” ? Or maybe I’ve read to many fanfics.

I love seeing how much Legolas' family cares for him!
I thought that the interactions here were OOC and unrealistic, but I still enjoyed certain parts.

I noticed a few tiny mistakes near the beginning, but it didn't stop me from reading and loving this! Man, Thranduil blew a fuse! Loved that, and loved it when he pulled Legolas in for a hug.
At first I thought it was a bit odd that they weren't able to guess that Legolas and Thranduil were related, but I don't care anymore because it led to my favourite scene. When Legolas and his family walked in and saw their shocked faces and started laughing it brought me SO much joy! I had a huge grin on my face, I love, love, LOVED that! Absolutely my favourite part! :D

I love Legolas family being protective. It was really hilarious to read Aragon blaming Elrond and vice versa. Hope you will update. This chapter gives me hope that Alcanor will be healed in the War of Elves.

Just read your fanfiction. (duh!) and I really like this first part. It is nice to see Legolas come home. And I feel sad that he was almost afraid to! Loved how his Adar hugged him after first being so harsh!
