This is brilliant. Well-written, in-character and could very well have happened in the episodes had the rest of Don's family been unable to make the jump. One thing I noticed, though, is that Don seems to be under the impression that Ch'rell was going to be executed, and gives his family the same impression. So unless Honeycutt gives them a heads-up as to what actually happened, they're probably going to be surprised that Karai is back at all, and they're going to be very, very surprised when Ch'rell turns up alive in 'Turtles Forever'.

This is so epic!

And then the bandages come off and everyone can see the parallel scars on Don's arm from Shredder's gauntlet! But Don just smiles and repeats what he said that first time: "It's over."

I cannot get over how much emotion you put into your stories! It's amazing and refreshing, and I love it to absolute bits!
