Wow. So detailed, and thankfully not repetitive. Some people like adding fancy wording to give their writing flavor, and maybe it's me, I think it sometimes falls flat, just there for the pizzazz.
ANYWAY! Very nice story and style :) I love Chrome, ofc, and the little hints of attraction to her I love lol. I'm enjoying setting the plot unravel. At first the beginning chapters didn't really seem to connect, except for the recurring explanation/mention of Chrome's illusion's properties. And then enter Varia and PLOT! w
I smiled at the Fran/Chrome bit : and laughed at Mukuro bring in "fucking delight" from Chrome's compliment(?) lol.
Keep it up! I look forward to more!

Like I said, I really liked how Bel and Squalo interact with Chrome, and their opinion on Mammon. I can totally see Squalo rather having to deal with someone who is more reserved and willing to give the information he needs than someone like Gokudera, who yells at everyone (except Tsuna).

Now I also get that it was in fact Fran who was sick in chapter 2. Stupid me for not realizing that sooner.

I find Chrome's ignorance? at insults is a bit baffling, but I also acknowledge that a lot of people write/view her as that. While I appreciate the gesture she made at Hiroshi (poor guy, having to deal with the absurdity of the Vongola like that), personally I don't see her really 'caring' for anyone she is not personally afflicted with.

I love how Squalo and Bel just rope her into coming along so that they don't have to deal with Fran, but I'm sure Squalo has a really high resistance against Illusions. But on the other hand Fran can be really annoying (in terms of illusions) so it is logical that he would try to avoid dealing with it.

At first I thought this would be just some rather light hearted one shots but now you've given us callbacks to chapter 2, so I'm really pumped about it.

I'm definitely keeping my eye on this story.
