It is kind of strange how Sherlock is still sometimes calling Casey Ms. Novak after he's kissed her and made romantic overtures seem strange. Maybe he doing it to maintain distance/detachment and formality. Maybe its cultural differences between Americans and Brits. Nice story, I'm enjoying it.
