I think that she will go see him because even though she's stubborn and it is hard to make her break down the wall that she built for herself against Rin, she still misses him. My reason may be a little bit nebulous but it's just a hunch. Whether or not she meets him they will see each other again.

BTW, I just noticed that Rin never mentioned where he wants to meet Sora. O.O

This plot is great but I feel like you're rushing a little bit. One moment Sora and Shin are talking and the next moment Sora's at a tournament. I think you should have revealed a bit more of their relationship or why they left each other or something. Good luck and I hope you can update soon!
