This is a good story, I enjoyed it very much

"She waited only a few more minutes longer than she would have with Peter before the massive Centaur gave a curt nod."
"(Lucy) didn't know why Peter and Susan had been doubtful about Oreius agreeing to take her."

Oh yes, not even Oreius can withstand the pleading Lucy for long. :) I love how you show that Lucy not only expects and sees the goodness in others, but brings it out of them as well. She seems to be an un-dimmable light of faith of joy doesn't she? :)

I also appreciated the details and logic you give to the Narnian world. The descriptions of the creatures at the gathering were vivid and made sense. I especially loved they way you explained Naiads and Nereids . Good old Oreius, privately explaining them to Lucy, and good for Lucy for asking so discreetly. :)

I love reading your stories and have missed doing so. This was a great one to come back to. Thank you for writing the full story of "Mittens." This piece showcases the wonder of Narnia and its youngest Queen. :)

Typical Lucy and she finds new friends for her sibling to meet. Plus a typical Lucy response to the situation more mittens. But being Lucy she'll need plenty of mittens.
