| FateMagician chapter 24 . 7/21/2015 I shall start this by saying this: I am an extreme fan of The Phantom of the Opera, particularly Gaston Leroux's and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom's. It is hard to find good fan fiction from any fandom, (I should know because I have read many fan fictions) and sadly more often than not they are terrible, not even trying to do the fandom justice. I am happy to say that your fan fiction is one of the best I have ever read. The plot was engaging, your character portrayals wonderful and accurate (particularly Raoul, who acts like the spoils brat he is), your chapter formatting was excellent, as well as your overall spelling and grammar, and best of all: I love a happy ending for Erik. Better yet, you actually finished it. I have read amazing fan fictions in which the author just up and disappears, leaving us with reader frustration and an unfinished story that was going so well. I tip my hat to you and thank you for giving me, and other readers, an enjoyable story! (By the way, I do read author notes, and I believe you should tackle an original story. You certainly have the talent for it!) |
