Violet Princess chapter 1 . 5/3/2015 The perfect tag to this episode. |
ilsablaine chapter 1 . 3/11/2008 Wow. I don't know what else to say. This is incredible writing. |
Roxie chapter 1 . 11/17/2006 I love this extention of the episode. Jordan needed some support after that experience, and you did it well! |
TiaRat chapter 1 . 4/28/2005 You managed to capture beautifully the reason why Jordan is so compelling. |
darlaranger chapter 1 . 4/30/2003 But, damn. That was a beautiful story. |
Lois Lane1 chapter 1 . 2/28/2003 This is such an awesome story! Please write more! One of the best I've ever read! Thank you! |
hilaryclaire chapter 1 . 1/4/2003 Well, not a totally faithful viewer of Crossing Jordan, so didn't really know the backstory to this, but I can appreciate some good writing when I read it... ... "Yeah." Later, he'd think to protest the 'your lady' on the grounds that Jordan would have had a fit if she'd heard it, but he would be about 12 hours too late to bother. Now, he just said, "Thanks" ... That is so... Jordan! And so perfect for a Woody pseudo POV... ... "and the vague recognition became solid: Nigel. How could he not recognize Nigel?" ... How indeed! Subtle humour is wonderful... Also, anyone who uses "absurdly grateful" like that has my respect. You play with the language very well, and that's all I have just now... Cheers! |
JoBelle chapter 1 . 12/27/2002 Wonderful fic as ever Perri, I'm always ecstatic to find u watch a show that I do because then I know great fic is guaranteed to me :) And of course u didn't disappoint here, loved the shippiness, and the "loved her more fiercely for her grief than her laughter" line was absolutely beautiful! Woody was a little too mushy with the line 'the woman he loved' for my tastes, but he's like that in the show as well so it's still all good :) |
Chianna chapter 1 . 12/23/2002 One of the most beautifully phrased FF epilogues that I have ever read for any episode I've ever watched. Bravo! |
Genesis Woman chapter 1 . 12/6/2002 This was a beautiful, beautiful story. So sad and tragic. And I loved this part: "she looked like a Madonna. Not the bloodless painted images in blue silk and golden crowns, holding saintly babies and smiling in ethereal beauty. This was the other Madonna, the one carved into stony marble, her bones refined by fire and rain. The grieving woman kneeling beneath the cross, cradling the pitiful remains of all she had loved and had lost." That was an amazing description. You're a great writer; thanks for sharing your talent. |
allee kat chapter 1 . 11/21/2002 that was awesome! very well written! |
Rudi chapter 1 . 11/19/2002 We need more for Crossing Jordan. Do another. |
Smitty chapter 1 . 11/19/2002 I am a 'shipper at heart. And the 'ships I love are the complex, soul-touching ones between very clearly defined characters. I'm a Jordan and Woody ficcer and you've taken them beyond the show, deep into their hearts and souls. I believe this Woody-thinking of Jordan all day, loving her, not *despite* her strongly expressed feelings, but *because* of them, and Jordan, eyes on the ball, dealing head-first with whatever jumps in front of her and completely oblivious to Woody's solid support from behind. Thank you for this story. |
Katherine chapter 1 . 11/17/2002 This is...a gem. Amazing, beautiful, rare. Please, please, make more of these. I beg you. To stop now would be an unimaginable loss for this section. |
catnamedzane chapter 1 . 11/17/2002 That was a great story. I really liked it. Continue it soon! |
