This was a very engaging story. Very well-written action scenes, but most importantly, the characterization was very spot on. Everyone's mannerisms was excellent and reflected well on what the show had shown, both subtle and obvious, it really felt like I was watching the anime all over again. I really love it when fics make me feel like I'm still engaging in the original source material that way. Doesn't happen often.

I'm not huge on OCs, but they mostly added to the plot here. Due to how you worded/structured some of your dialogue tags, I couldn't always tell who was speaking. But for the most part, grammar wise, it was a very smooth read.

Great visual pictures of a new beginning for those two. The story line has a curios plot that involves action and a satisfying end scene. It's begging for another episode...much like Holmes calling to Watson to ride with him to a curious place and... I like your settings for the story background as you unfold their dialogue. You can capture the minds eye so that the story is fun and easy to follow. I am also really glad that you polished your original take. I know I will be waiting for more of your publications. Keep up the good work cuz I know there is an audience waiting out there for it. Thank you.

I like the way you show the character insight. I always felt that what Kirika lacked in social skills due to her strict monastic upbringing at the manor, Mirielle made up for by her syndicate grooming. They are a good match for the ancient concept of noir being a team and you show that well in the flow of the story. Gotta keep reading...
