This was great, but if you want advice on improving, I can see about that... hmm... Ok, so one habit that I've noticed you have (That many people, including myself often share.) Is your tendency to just describe things in a somewhat unwieldy or overused way. I'll use the headache as an example. When sjin 'Caressed the throbbing area' I had a strange mental image. A caress is a sort of soft, lover's touch, maybe not something I'd use for a headache. Massage would probably be a better word. Also with the headache, another odd-sounding metaphor (Simile?) That you used was 'A few minutes of the pain felt like death'. While that is a perfectly valid way to describe severe pain, you've gotta remember that most of us, I would hope, have not experienced near-death so we don't know how that feels or how to relate. Then again, most of us haven't obtained ender and taint powers, but those both add a really unique feel to this story that keeps drawing me back. If I had to say one more thing you could work on, or that i personally find strange, it would probably be the length of your paragraphs. Dumb, I know, but long paragraphs can be hard to follow/easy to lose your place, as well as just looking imposing. I'm guilty of this too, so no worries!

So yeah... Your stuff is really good, and none of this really detracts from the experience. Of course, everyone has potential for improvement, so I suppose that's what you could work on if you feel like you need to improve. You have a wonderful day and keep cranking out these chapters! :D

You're very good at writing but I guess the only thing I can suggest is making the paragraphs smaller. As in, not having so much in one, to spread the information over a few insted of just one. :)

Really great chapter! I really enjoyed it, and I'm very glad that it's back! I feel horrible for Smiff though... I think I've reached the point, where, though I may feel a bit sad, I'm not really emotionally effected as much as I used to be. The writing has tainted my mind. (pun intended)
