I adore stories where friendship blossoms into romance - or I guess, for Peeta he wanted it to be romantic all along, but he's a bit of an idiot, though we love him anyway - and this was so well done.

This scenario, with years of them not only being friends, but shielding one another from unwanted advances from other people until it gets out of control with a confusion of suppressed, tangled feelings, is a really well realized idea. I also like how you spliced the present with flashes of the past and how their arrangement came about in the first place. So great!
