Reviews for The White Silence
Sarah chapter 1 . 11/24/2018
This was a very nice chapter. I’m only on episode 18 of season one (when we find out he’s with Hydra) so I don’t know how much of this is canon but I hope this actually happens!
pronker chapter 1 . 7/4/2016
This was cute and fluffy, as promised. I also loved London's works as a kid, so that makes this extra special. Good characterization with Simmons in particular.
Anne chapter 1 . 6/24/2016
Terrible way to gruesome not enough drama! It's supposed to be romantic...
Guest chapter 1 . 10/28/2015
Wow this is such a good fan fic. You're an amazing writer!
Guest chapter 1 . 10/26/2014
Wow this is excellent. Loved the team moments, thank you so much for writing this
B chapter 1 . 8/31/2014
I loved it! The devotion Ward shows is breathtaking (and so is Simmons')
Guest chapter 1 . 8/25/2014
Loved it. Love underwater, too. You are good at your craft. ;-)
commandopengi chapter 1 . 8/25/2014
Wow, really good - same quality as 'Underwater'.You definitely have succeeded. I've read 'To Build a Fire' and I do remember that the poor guy doesn't make it and nicely contrasts with Ward who does make it out and survives due to medical treatment.
a trace of amber chapter 1 . 8/25/2014
I LOVEEE THIS! WOW! You do an amazing job of capturing Ward's thought process, and also keeping me just a bit off kilter wondering about where they were coming from, why on Earth Skye would've left Coulson etc. and slowly revealing those details naturally. The image of a frozen Ward so confused by their softest affection towards him is just heartbreaking in all the right ways. Well done to the max! I love the idea of maybe some Frost Giant in Skye, and the idea that her safety is the movement that he needs to keep going.
Biichi-gi chapter 1 . 8/25/2014
Cuddly? Well I wouldn't call practically freezing to death exactly cuddly, but it was very moving. I've had frostbite. Was not amusing. Gotta say, I was not a Jack London fan, more a Sector General kind of guy, Star Surgeon and Citizen of the Galaxy. But I think you caught the flavor and emotion and lack of rational awareness associated , hypothetically, with that kind of trek, so all told, it was very well done.
I quite liked it. Even appreciated the wavering awareness and tendency toward oblivion.
And sorry to harass you about getting this up. Boy, was that pushy, or what? Thanks, again.
