Thanks for posting this and loved it. I can see how it might not fit with the larger story and can’t wait to see how you work MCU spidey into the rewrite. I do think your previous chapter was awesome and could fit into the rewrite. Another idea is a friendship with aunt may so it wouldn’t be an origin story but would be a cute insight into peter when he was just a little guy.

Your story is the perfect place to go when I’m sad about a character being in pain or needing a friend. It gives me such a sense of satisfaction to see her comforting everyone, and I’m just like “yassssss hug all the people.” I’ve reread The Thing about Destiny a few times now, and I absolutely love your deleted scenes as well. I gotta say that sometimes I kinda ship Anna and Loki. . . Cuz it seemed like they had a little chemistry in the main story. . . And I really, really loved the scene with the X-Men Peter having a crush on her—it was so freaking sweet. Nothing against Steve though—I think they’re perfect together. :)

Off I go to read the main story again and fulfill my desire to have hugs liberally bestowed upon all Marvel characters. Thank you for posting, as always. You’re an awesome person.

I love these spin offs and am totally guilty of shipping Loki.
I really enjoyed this last chapter because I really should the new mutant movies when their first came out...which slowly fizzled out by the time dark Phoenix wrapped up so thanks for reminding me of what I liked so much about that universe.
