Just a few chapters in, I love the story and the idea but this could be wrote much better, the pace is much to fast and the emotions and characters feel shallow.

This was a really good story i loved it made me sad and damn near cry but u should do a sequal

Plus in other story in certain circumstances circumstances a dying person which has different purpose but the death sever it often is give second life in dragon form, or when a lightning struck or lands somewhere or appear or plasma blast is shot in the air in worry or grive might return the important person back.

I hope Hiccup wasnt planning to stab Drago with his flaming sword! That would be very out-of-character for him!

And Toothless would kill like Hiccup when deeply hurt and angry, like when Alvin threatened to drop Astrid off a cliff to her death and Hiccup EVENTUALLY SNAPPED and told Toothless to shoot Alvin!

But I dont think Toothless was trying to kill Hookfang and the poor abused Bewilderbeast when they threatened Hiccup's life.

Toothless isnt a killer, neither is Hiccup. They werent trying to kill the Red Death either, they were just protecting their allies from her evil, tyrannical rule.

I loved this! it was so sad in the beginning but the ending was great. as a hiccstrid fan I was of course sad about that whole thing but I loved the ending too much to care! 3

wasn't expecting that either. people seem to like having hiccup turn into a dragon after dying, this actually isn't the first fic ive read with that. I really like how this is going so far!

I really like how the end was in the point of view of the dragons. that was pretty creative! I haven't seen anyone else do that. granted I haven't read a whole lot of fanfics for HTTYD but this is the first so far.
