Personal I would scare people into helping me find my body too. This should definitely be an interesting journey that I can't wait to see more of and how Kagome's friends and family will react.

I love kagomes attitude and personality, I don't get why some people have to have the characters EXACTLY the same. Loved the awesome chapter, can't wait to see what happens next. Keep writing and rub inuyasha's ears!

I love the story! But this is not Kagome we know and love, the only time it felt like her was when she was arguing with Inuyasha. Inuyasha is right, Kagome is kinda whoreish, she puts on her already short school skirt then hikes it up more then does not put on underwear / just my opinion. If she is trying to get attention she doing this way is no good.

Miroku and his ever faithful wandering hand lol gotta love it. I love the way you added Inuyasha into the story, his character is perfect and seems to be dead on from canon. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Great, Inuyasha is in! I couldn't help but smile at him and Kagome arguing, it was just too cute. :) As for going slow, I don't think there's any problem. In fact, I like the fact that you make a good base for future events.

This is a good story and it's written awesomely, but it doesn't feel like Kagome and her family at all. I know you want to show certain things, but it feels like I am reading another anime and this is an Inuyasha fanfiction, however, it does not feel that way.

Sango is definitely the relief in this story and I'm glad she is because Kagome's family is just so un-inviting in my opinion. If my family acted like that to me there is no way I would be that nice I would be rude every chance I got especially to my little brother. As for Miroku god I love him regardless of his wondering eyes/ hands lol

Nice first-person POV. Great detail and description. Very interesting beginning! I do hope Kagome and her family members are able at some point to renew their connections, I miss the closeness they shared in the original story, and Mrs. Higurashi in particular is such a great character. Please continue!
