Aww, poor Haru! I adore this, that was so sweet and heartwarming! I agree when Sosuke said that line to Haru in the beginiing of eternal summer i was surprised no one did anything about it or even have Haru tell someone. It went unnoticed the entire season, I did grow to like Sosuke as a character further in the series but especially in the beginning he was a big jerk and no one called him out on it! This did that such justice and I really liked Haru’s reaction to it, aside from in the anime when Haru didn’t really seem that affected by it or just didn’t let it on that he was. Especially because Haru and Rin are daring in this story, it just put more pressure on Haru because he loves Rin so much, it looked like it almost broke his heart to be away from Rin like that, along with this pressured fear that Sosuke would cut Haru from Rin’s life somehow! This also at the same time, felt so in character, especially because Haru is such a quiet type he only really shows his emotions when he’s truly upset about something! That was so beautiful, RinHaru is the purest shipmagic, I love how comforting and caring Rin is! That was just perfection! :’D
