Anyway, poor misunderstood Zuko. It was a gift! Not a threat! LOLz, even when he's learned to use his indoor voice and negotiates with the best of them, people are still so judge-y.

Also, why are the townspeople afraid of him? He's a good boi vigilante wasn't he? Robin Hood but with a mask and likes sharp pointy things instead of just pointy things.

(Laughs) I really enjoyed this. I mean it’s hilarious but you also have a really good point: The Blue Spirit is terrifyingly, Fire Lord Zuko is terrifying, so the fact that they are the same person is exponentially more terrifying and enough for any sane person to never ever want their anger directed towards oneself.
I like Agent Fang and Trainee Raven. It is mean of me but I am highly amused by how frightened the Dai Li are of the Blue Spirit. The way you used different POVs, the two Dai Li’s and Zuko’s, was good.
There are a few spelling mistakes I’ve noticed but they didn’t disrupt the flow of the story and your writing is generally good. From my own experience I’d guess that if you re-read the story carefully a week or so after first posting it then you’d notice the very minor mistakes that snuck through your earlier editing.
Thanks for writing and posting this story. It was interesting, amusing and occasionally made me pause to consider things.

I notice you have a hell lot of typos, misused homophones, and misspellings and could really use a beta.
But I love the fic! Hilarious haha, and I'm really excited to know what will happen next. I WANT people to realize that the Blue Spirit is actually the Fire Lord so that Zuko can get some recognition and we can see some really amusing reactions, but that would probably cause a lot of problems for Zuko.
