No! No Orihime! Unless you're going for Ichigo x Rukia? Then by all means, go ahead. But honestly? Harribel needs some love. She basically embodies Naruto's past life, since Naruto's life was basically one of Sacrifice, wasn't it? Or was that Kakashi? ..either way! Harribel really needs some love.
Though, Yoruichi, Soi Fon, Harribel and Apacci would be hilarious. Appaci and Harribel are like the Arrancar version of Yoruichi and Soi Fon. And Soi Fon could probably find a sister in Apacci since they're so alike. Though, Apacci is more foul mouthed. And also..I'm questioning on *why* for Kaguya Otsusuki. Like..*WHY?*

This is a great story! Interesting concept! Also it would be awesome if Naruto's Zanpakuto turned out being the Biju. You could do something unique like have it change into different weapons equipped with different armors for different abilities, like using their signature nature releases, like Shukaku taking the form of a pair of scimitars with control over sand, Matatabi taking the form of claws like the Falcon Talons from Ninja Gaiden and giving him control over black and blue Hellfire, ect, as well as different abilities like Matatabi granting him enhanced speed and Son Goku granting him enhanced agility.

As for the harem, I think Tier should be replaced with Nel. I love BOTH characters, but a common mistake people make in both pairings and harems is not thinking about the characters themselves, especially when they claim they love the character. For example, Arrancar, really have no use for romance or even sexual desire, that's WHY they're Hollows. Nel is an exception because it's obvious she suffered some kind of mental damage from her injury, she is the ONLY Arrancar whom has shown any kind of real strong emotions of affection. Not only is Tier the epitome of this, but she's also got the kind of characterization one would think of an Amazon, I honestly don't see her with ANY male or ANY relationship. Of course you can make her OOC and make this happen, but then you ruin what made Tier so awesome, her character itself was what made her so bad-ass, the way she carried herself with pride and was fearless, if you make her OOC to hook her up with Naruto, then it just ruins her.

Nel on the other hand is PERFECT for Naruto, far more than with Ichigo, the same can be said about Orihime. Really I see Ichigo more with someone like Tatsuki than anyone else. Naruto though can essentially be paired with ANY Shinigami female with the exception of Sui Feng, Nemu, or Nanao. It's important people actually think of how the personalities mesh, or else the story sucks. For example, in many Naruto stories, he's paired with Ino, Kurotsuchi, Tenten, or Yugito, and those stories suck because it just DOESN'T work, the only stories I've seen work with Ino are either in a harem or with them being nothing more than friends with benefits, they just DON'T mesh as a couple. Same in Naruto Fairy Tail or Naruto DxD crosses where he's always paired with Erza Scarlet or Grayfia Lucifuge respectively, just stop and think... does a happy go lucky blonde go well with two stoic females? The answer is NO!

Honestly, I'd like to see Naruto with Loly and Menoly since it's so rare, however as you're writing him so far, I don't see how they could fit together, so I'm against it for your story.

Personally, I'd say Naruto would go well in this story with Nel, Yoruichi, Orihime, and MAYBE Rukia and Rangiku, though I can see both of the latter just being friends with Rangiku maybe being a past girlfriend, but they could also fit into the harem. I don't see Kukaku since that's his aunt nor any of the Visoreds except maybe Machiru but she's a bit iffy. Momo may also be a possibility but only if he gets to know her BEFORE she meets Aizen, also as I said before, Sui Feng won't work, her obsession with Yoruichi leaves LITTLE doubt to her sexual preference, and Kaguya... I really don't see it working

Honestly, I’ve been imagining Naruto meeting the Kurosaki’s.

Hope Hisane survives, Naruto is a sensor and he might still also have access to his healing powers. Heck maybe someone can knock sense into Hisane that if she’s dead no ones there to look after Rukia anyway. Naruto’s parents are too powerful to survive though, aren’t they?

Gin is willing to let Naruto get himself involved? That’s pretty cool and good characterisation, I think. Bleach didn’t exactly have anyone like Naruto outside of a surface level and especially not a friend of Gin’s.

Forgot to note that I’m pretty glad Naruto get’s the scarf Kushina nitted for him. Also, glad that the Shodai’s pendent is still around even though in canon it was destroyed after Hinata died vs Pain. Always wished it survived and there was more to it in Naruto canon. Maybe it now holds Naruto’s chakra given he doesn’t have a physical body (maybe? I mean chakra constructs are a thing too) and will merge back into him. Maybe it has some other special ability.

I wonder if Naruto has spiritual energy on the realm of Ichigo and Kempachi. Then there’s his chakra or rather that of the Biju.

Cool choice of Academy peers. I really wish thing’s had gone better for Gin, Toshiro was always pretty fun despite how dour he could be and Soi Fon has an interesting background it seems.

Ok first thing I gotta say is that this is very well written, I’m really enjoying it.

At first, I wondered if you’d picked the best place for Naruto to be born, as Byakuya’s little brother. At the time I thought of having Naruto has Byakuya and his deceased wife’s son would have been a better fit unless you intended to play around with a larger family for Naruto to bond with. I pretty much discounted that notion though since it didn’t interest me but finding out how you went about it so far and reading it has me really glad you set up Naruto’s family the way you have.

Ok so Herribel vs Orihime. A lot of people dislike Orihime but those people are probably soured on her due to the anime fillers. Given their written by random writers the studios had on hand who also wanted to make a name for themselves often resulted in mischaracterisations (almost always) and fans disliking characters for thing’s they didn’t canonically do. So yeah, I actually really like Orihime.
My suggestion after seeing the list you had for the harem was going to be that you should have younger women in the pairing as everyone save Soi Fon were mature women. I was going to suggest Lisa, Riruka, Nelliel and if you hadn’t paired her with Ichigo then definitely Orihime. Essentially, I’m in favour of Orihime instead of Herribel and concur that Herribel doesn’t add much to the pairing. If you want a hollow in the pairing than Nelliel is more amusing and offers more reaction with a greater variety also. Well unless you count Herribel’s faction.

Lastly, since you brought up powers, and one of the major reasons I read fanfiction is for the creative use of abilities, I can understand why. Orihime’s powers are awesome, makes me wish Ichigo’s were better developed given he was the origin of her power. That said I also think that canonically Orihime’s powers are less awesome than the fanbase often believes. I think her “reject reality” is more akin to “reject current reality in the target's experienced timeline.” Thus, reverting the Hogoyoku back to a time when it was awake and healing others back to before they were injured. She still has a diverse powerset but it’s not on Ywach’s (or whatever his name is) level given that guy has numerous conceptual abilities.

As a recommendation to very interesting powers in anime I’d recommend you check out the Katekyo Hitman Reborn series though the anime stops before the manga leaving some major arcs out and major character growth. Regardless the powers in that series are insane and ARE conceptual level!
The other recommendation I have is probably the person with the most interesting power I have every come across and the most unique and perhaps interesting female character too. Kurumi Tokisaki from the Date A Live series and her numerous time related powers. That series also revolves around conceptual level abilities.
Oh, though to warn you while everyone in Katekyo Hitman Reborn is straight the fanfiction for the series is suffocated by yaoi fan girls. Date A Live is a harem series where the Protagonist sorta becomes a vessel for his harems powers though the anime series hasn’t gotten to the point of him effectively making use of those abilities.

It is a known fact that Gin graduated the academy early and I'm hoping that Naruto will too. It would be cool if Naruto ends up eventually as Yamamato apprentice if he is only going to have a single zanpacto because he has so much power
