Wow! What a ride! I’ll be honest, I was really hesitant to read this fic at first. The review count enticed me, but I groaned “a field trip fic?” But, you proved me wrong. So so wrong. You did a great job with the characters, Maddie especially. I’m saddened we didn’t see more Jack. As per PP (tho not...the greatest episode), he if competent when it counts.
I love that not everyone learned his secret identity. It wasn’t necessary for this fic and you did a great job with how Danny interacts with the ghosts. I want to know more more of the unfits realms. The world you’re expanding on has been done very tastily. The little details—absorbing emotions?! Brilliant! Healing? Oh so necessary for those pesky scars! Thank you so much for the read! Off to the sequel now

I don't usually comment, but I feel like I need to say this.
Your pacing is off, your descriptions have holes, and they're are chunks flat out missing in this story. parts in-between that would have given this fic a better flow and polished it up. I can sit here for an hour and just point out all the this wrong with this story. But I won't. Because despite all it's faults this is still one of the best fics that I've ever read. And I read a lot of fanfiction. What carries this fic isn't the theme, or the descriptions or even the plot itself. It's the characters.
You write your characters beautifully. Every interaction I read was almost a work of art. The times where you were pulling actions straight out of the cartoon and when you were moulding them to fit your need were so seamless that I sometimes could not tell when you were doing it. The way you made Tucker and Valerie work off of each other in and out of the prison was astonishing. you took these two characters with no prior time together and not only managed to get them into a relationship by the end of the fic, but did it without breaking the flow of the story. I am in awe.
I honestly envy that ability you have to work your characters. I am straight up jealous over your skill with it. So I'll ask you now to never stop writing. If you keep working to improve then I know you'll go places. I can feel it.
This fic is pretty old. so I'm gonna see what else you've written. Thank you for the honor of reading this fic. And believe me, it WAS an honor.

I totally love this story, especially the chapter 23 In the Reveal. But the others where also great but 23 is my favorite chapter along 27 In the Epilogue.
